I'm Jok from Nong Jok Restaurant. Our journey started as a small family-run eatery and has gradually grown into a dining destination dedicated to showcasing the flavors and culinary traditions of Krabi. We use almost 100% local Krabi ingredients, especially seafood sourced from nearby communities.
This allows visitors to experience the authentic taste, high-quality ingredients, and a family-friendly atmosphere. For me, Nong Jok Restaurant is more than just a place to eat it's 'Krabi's home' a place where everyone can come and try truly local food."
From a humble pork stall in the market to a restaurant that has grown alongside the city of Krabi
Our restaurant began with my family selling pork in the local market. My mother, driven by passion and self-taught skills, eventually opened a small rice and curry shop that gradually grew alongside the development of Krabi town.
Although I never planned to return to the restaurant business after witnessing my parents' hard work, when the time came for them to retire, I decided to take over and continue our family's legacy. I am fully determined to develop the restaurant further in my own unique way.

For me, my feelings towards Krabi are more than just love. It's a sense of belonging and a desire to safeguard this invaluable treasure, because I was born and raised here. Everything in my life is connected to this city, my family, my business, and its people.
